For some the transition home can be challenging, whether you’re in Paris for a semester or the whole year. Just like you may have experienced some culture shock while adjusting to life in Paris, similarly returning to the familiar can feel confusing and frustrating. Because it is usually so unexpected, “reverse culture shock” can lead to a range of feelings and emotions. So here are some tips to help you understand the changes you may be experiencing.
