You can rent all or part of the conference center at Sweet Briar, including individual rooms or an entire level.
The upper level of the conference center includes both the Boxwood Room and Wailes Lounge as well as a large, open entry area with a fireplace. Together, the space will accommodate about 200 guests.
The largest room in the conference center, the Boxwood Room can seat 135 guests at round tables or 150 guests with theater-style seating.
You’ll be able to welcome your guests from in front of the cheery fireplace in the entry area of the conference center. The large windows also provide plenty of natural light to this space. Use it for chatting with your friends and colleagues or for serving your guests some of the delicious food provided by our full-service catering staff.
