To retrieve/change your SBC online services password:

  1. Since some SBC online services provide access to personal educational records, you must request a password retrieval/change in person and present a photo ID. Please visit Technology Services located on the lower level of the Dorothy Sales building. They can:
    • Retrieve your password — If you opt to simply retrieve your password, no other SBC online services will be affected.
    • Change your password — If you opt to change your password, you will also be changing the password for your other SBC online services. Please note that changing this password does not, however, change your SBC Gmail password.
