Writing workshop: Advanced Composition

This course is designed to provide students who have a good knowledge of French grammar the opportunity to increase their ability to compose French essays. The course will put an emphasis on difficult syntactical problems, sentence construction, and vocabulary building. Weekly compositions will be required, beginning with concrete topics [French rédactions] and moving towards critical essays, both literary and non-literary [French disserations].

Mme Délia Mellado, a specialist in French language pedagogy, teaches for several American programs.
