Timothy Comar to Lecture on Knot Theory Jan. 31

Timothy Comar, an associate professor of mathematics at Benedictine University in Chicago, will present a lecture on knot theory at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31 in Guion A201.

Comar will discuss applications of knot theory to the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology, and participate in class discussions.
