State Department Historian Speaks at Library Dec. 3

At 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, Dr. Peter Kraemer, of the Office of the Historian at the U.S. State Department, will give a lecture in the library’s Browsing Room. Admission is free.

The lecture is titled, “The Foundations of Cold War Foreign Policy: How Philanthropy Fought (and Was Seen as) the Red Menace.”
