Campus Talent Show is March 26

Students, faculty and staff perform, raise money for Habitat

Do you have a special talent, one that you would love to share with the Sweet Briar community? Then, come on and sign up for the first Sweet Briar Campus Talent Show to be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 26 in Josey Dining Room.

The Sweet Briar business management lab is working in conjunction with the Amherst chapter of Habitat for Humanity to raise funds and awareness. The talent show, which is open to faculty, staff, students and their families, will do just that. Admission is $3 in advance and $5 at the door.

According to event organizers the talent show is an informal event. In other words, you don’t have to have a conventional “talent,” just something that will entertain.

With your performance, you will be helping dozens of local families to receive a home of their own. To sign up your act please contact Angelica Glover ’08 at glover08@sbc.edu . Deadline to register is Feb. 28, so hurry up before all of the spots are filled!
