Bakich to Speak at Lynchburg Library Feb. 21

Spencer Bakich, assistant professor of government and international affairs at Sweet Briar College, will speak Thursday, Feb. 21 at the Lynchburg Public Library’s community room.

His lecture, “Talking to Our Enemies,” will be held at 3 p.m. and is part of the 2008 Great Decisions Lecture Series. Before the talk, from 2:30 to 3 p.m., light refreshments will be served.

The lecture is free and open to the public.
