Sweet Briar's Pre-Health Society is hosting a "Great Strides 10k Walk" at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 4 to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The walk begins in the Upper Quad and will make two circuits of the Dairy Loop.

Pre-health club members will be taking registration this week in Prothro from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and Friday and from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Participants also may register from 8 to 9 a.m. in the College's Upper Quad on Saturday. Prizes will be available, including T-shirts for those who raise $100 or more.

Refreshments will be provided.
