Memorial Service Planned for Petrus Bosman at Sweet Briar College
A memorial service to honor Jan Petrus Bosman will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2 in Murchison Lane Auditorium at Sweet Briar College.

A choreographer and dancer, Bosman was artistic director emeritus at the Virginia School of the Arts and an adjunct instructor of ballet at Sweet Briar College since 1994. He died suddenly July 19 at age 80.
