Softball’s Melissa Viar ’09 (Madison Heights, Va./Amherst County) received honorable mention all-conference honors at third base on Friday as the 2008 All-ODAC softball teams were announced.
Melissa Viar '09
Viar started 34 games for the Vixens this spring, compiling a .364 batting average while collecting a team-best 39 hits. She also led the team in runs scored with 21 and doubles with nine. She struck out only once this spring in 107 at-bats.
