Sweet Briar placed first and second in epee and sabre, respectively, as the Vixens met Mary Baldwin in a pool format fencing match.
Placing first for Sweet Briar in epee was junior Cheryl Seaver (Burtonsville, Md./Blake. Vixen sophomore Carina Finn (Tuckerton, N.J./Pinelands Regional) took fourth in the weapon.
Vixen sophomore Jessica Pilgrim (Mobile, Ala.) captured second in sabre. She was joined by Kaelyn Leak who finished fourth.
