Three Vixens were named to the All-ODAC Softball team announced Monday by the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.

Krystal Ellis '08
Junior Krystal Ellis '08 (Rustburg, VA/Rustburg) garnered first-team honors at first base. She batted .415 on the season with 37 RBIs. Named ODAC Player of the Week April 2,
Ellis struck out only nine times in 106 at bats this season, compiling a .492 on-base percentage. Ellis committed only five errors this spring on defense for a team-best .980 fielding percentage.
Senior Meagan Chenault (Amherst, VA/Amherst) picked up second-team honors at second base. She led the conference during the regular season with 53 hits and finished the year with the seventh-highest batting average in the ODAC (.424). Chenault's 27 RBIs were second on the team.
Sophomore Brittney Berry (Tappahannock, VA/Essex) rounded out the post-season honors, as she was named to the honorable mention team. Berry batted .289 on the season with 33 hits. Splitting time between catcher and centerfield, she committed only four errors in the field.
