Sweet Briar –Sweet Briar College Athletics Director Kelly Morrison announced that Cameron Adams would be assuming the responsibilities of Sports Information Director beginning January 1, 2007. Adams is in her third year at Sweet Briar, coming to the College in August 2004 as a recipient of a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Women and Minorities Internship Grant. At the conclusion of her two-year internship, she joined the athletic department full-time as the assistant sports information director. In addition to her sports information responsibilities, Adams serves as co-advisor for Sweet Briar’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Adams graduated from James Madison University in May 2004 with a
bachelor of science degree in media arts and design, corporate communication concentration and a minor in communication.
