LYNCHBURG — Sweet Briar volleyball concluded its 2006 season Tuesday with a 3-0 (30-13, 30-20, 30-13) loss at Lynchburg College to finish the year with a 3-19 mark overall and a 1-9 conference record.

Blair Mullally ’10 (Ridgewood, NJ/Ridgewood) led the Vixen attack, leading her team in kills while compiling no attack errors in the match. Lindsay Sankoff ’10 (Charleston, VA/Capital) came up with 10 digs on defense and Becca Martin ’09 (Charleston, WV/Capital) picked up 13 assists. Sweet Briar also played well at the net as a team, blocking several Hornet attacks.
