A duo concert featuring assistant professors Nick Ross, of Sweet Briar College, and Emily Yap Chua, of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, will be held 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30 and Friday, Sept. 1 in Room 127 of Sweet Briar’s Babcock Fine Arts Center.

Pianist Nick Ross will perform a duo concert with Emily Yap Chua on Aug. 30 and Sept. 1.“The music is wonderful. It’s some of the finest repertoire for the piano,” Ross said, adding he and Chua will perform Mozart’s “Sonata in D, K. 488,” Kent Holliday’s “Hawaiiana,” Debussy’s “En blanc et noire,” and Rachmaninov’s “1st Suite.”
