GREENSBORO, NC — Sweet Briar lacrosse dropped a 21-13 decision Wednesday at Guilford College knocking the Vixens into seventh place in the conference standings with one conference contest remaining.

Sweet Briar was led in the game by Sarah Ross Stewart’s (Lexington, VA/Virginia Episcopal) five goals and two assists. Senior Julie Sellers (Virginia Beach, VA/Norfolk Academy) also put five goals on the board.

The Vixens return to campus Friday to face Lynchburg College on senior night. Game time is 4 p.m.
