Soccer Coaching Clinic at Sweet Briar
A coaching clinic for area soccer coaches will be held at Sweet Briar College Tuesday, March 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Gordon Miller who is currently the Technical Director for the Virginia Youth Soccer Association will teach the clinic, which is for high school and competitive level coaches. Sessions will involve both field and classroom instruction.

Cost to attend is free, but participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for donation. Registration is limited to 40. Contact Paul Shaw at pshaw@sbc.edu or 434-946-6462 to register.

Miller is on the national staff for U.S. Soccer and is a course conductor for their A and B licensing program. He is a former professional indoor soccer player whose experience includes coaching the Under 17 Canadian men’s team, which competed in the 1993 World Championships in Japan.
