RADNOR, PA -- Field hockey was handed a 4-0 loss on the road Friday at Cabrini College. Despite the score, Sweet Briar played well in the game. Senior Julie Drake (San Jose, CA/Willow Glen) led the attack for Sweet Briar and first-year Maddie Lyerly (Williamsburg, VA/Lafayette) played strong defensively to help hold Cabrini scoreless in the first half. Senior Jenn Wiley (Williamsburg, VA/Jamestown) added 13 saves to her conference-leading career saves total.

The Vixens head to Bryn Mawr tomorrow for a 11 a.m. game.
