Evelyn Lorraine Haire Stanley ’91 is the newest inductee into Sweet Briar College’s Keystone Society. She joins 37 donors who have surpassed lifetime contributions to Sweet Briar totaling more than $1 million.

The donor society, named for the wedge-shaped stone at the top of an archway that anchors the structure, was chartered in the fall of 2002 with 16 members. It honors those whose generous giving sustains and advances the College and whose examples inspire others to do the same.

Continuing a tradition begun in 2004, Stanley was inducted into the society during Founders’ Day convocation ceremonies on Sept. 23.
