Vixens Come Up Short At Ferrum
FERRUM, Va – Sweet Briar College came up one goal short Saturday, losing 2-1 to non-conference Ferrum College. With the loss, the Vixens fall to 2-2 on the young season. First-year leading scorer, Bethany Magee (Prince George, VA/Prince George) picked up her fifth goal of the season in the game, putting Sweet Briar on the board in the first half.

The Vixens look to get back into the win column this week in the team’s first home game of the season. Sweet Briar takes on Eastern Mennonite University Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
