Sweet Briar, VA—First year midfielder Ellie Donahue (Richmond, VA/Trinity Episcopal) is listed on this week's Women's Lacrosse.com Honor Roll. Donahue scored seven times in Sweet Briar's 11-7 upset of Lynchburg College in the first round of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championships. She added another two in the Vixens' 8-3 semifinal loss to #3 ranked Washington and Lee.

Donahue is third in conference scoring behind teammate Bethany Bressan '08 (Charlottesville, VA/STAB) with 48 goals and 57 total points. According to coach Missy Ackerman, "Ellie's play has been pivotal in Sweet Briar posting its best record (10-6) since 1988. Her competitive focus steps up play right across the board."
