Visiting Bridgewater Hands Vixens First Conference Loss
weet Briar volleyball suffered a 3-0 (30-8, 30-17, 30-9) loss at the hands of visiting Bridgewater College Saturday in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action. The loss drops the Vixens' record to 1-1 in the ODAC, while Bridgewater improves to 2-0 in the conference.

The Vixens were led on attack by first-year Brianna Bone (Chipley, FL/Chipley. First-year Caitlin Kuczynski (Williamsport, MD/Williamsport) led on defense.

Sweet Briar travels to Roanoke on Wednesday to face the Maroons at 6:30 p.m.
