Soccer Drops Decision with Bridgewater
Carrie Lamond and Megan Smith each scored for Bridgewater as the Eagles handed host Sweet Briar College a 2-0 loss in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action Monday.

Bridgewater got on the board in the 35th minute when Lamond connected off a pass from Sarah Tritsch. Lamond then picked up an assist on the Eagles’ second goal of the game, put in by Smith with seven minutes to play.

Sweet Briar, now 1-4 overall, travels to Emory and Henry Thursday. The Vixens return home this weekend to take part in Homecoming Weekend at Sweet Briar. The Vixens face non-conference Salem College Saturday at 1 p.m.
