A small group of current students is hard at work in an effort to enhance communication and interaction between current students and alumnae. In the past year, the Student Relations Committee has worked to introduce alumnae to the student body through the "Spotlight on an Alumna" column in the Sweet Briar Voice and by publicizing Alumnae in Residence programs. They meet regularly with the Alumnae Board and visiting alumnae and are currently organizing an alumnae panel to speak with current students about Sweet Briar traditions in the fall of 2005. This committee is constantly looking for new ways to facilitate an intimate relationship between students and alumnae and would love to hear your input.
