Shenandoah University took both games of a doubleheader, Saturday, defeating Sweet Briar 13-2 and 7-0. With the losses, the Vixens fall to 4-4 on the season.

Senior Lindsey Nash (Amherst, VA/Amherst County) was 3-6 on the day with three singles and a run scored. In the field, Meagan Chenault ’07 (Amherst, VA/Amherst County) had four putouts and tallied 10 assists. Chenault also scored a run and picked up an RBI in Game one.

The Vixens hit the road Monday, as they take on Southern Virginia at 5:30 p.m.
