Sweet Briar Volleyball Loses to Lynchburg College
The Sweet Briar College volleyball team dropped two matches today 3-0. Lynchburg defeated the Vixens 30-6, 30-12, 30-10. Despite 12 digs by Laurel Watts '08 (Keysville, VA/Randolph-Henry HS), Meredith College won 30-11, 30-4, 30-12. First year setter Jade Bomar (Amherst, VA/Amherst County HS) tallied nine assists in the losing effort.
