Barbara Perry, director of the Center for Civic Renewal and Carter Glass Professor of Government at Sweet Briar College, has been asked to review and discuss President-elect Barack Obama’s inaugural address on Wisconsin Public Radio. She will be a guest on “At Issue with Ben Merens” at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Perry is a frequent guest on Wisconsin Public Radio’s current events and news talk shows, making her last appearance on “Conversations with Joy Cardin” on Dec. 4, when she followed an interview with U.S. Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.). The topic that day was restoring the “rule of law in the White House.”
Merens’ “At Issue” is a call-in show that airs from 4 to 6 p.m. weekdays. It covers current events and hard news and features subject experts, policy-makers, commentators and authors as guests.
To join the conversation, listeners can call (800) 486-8655 or e-mail at [email protected].
