We had a great turnout from our class at Reunion this past May! For those of you that were unable to attend, please plan to come to our 15th! We had a blast staying on 3rd floor Dew and playing Apples to Apples in our class hospitality room.

Aja Grosvenor Stephens is still living in the Detroit metro area. She and her husband are expecting their first child, a little boy, in Oct. She thinks it’s time to design a line of SBC Onesies for boys. She recently saw Amy Mullen, Tia Trout Perez, Ashley Trantham, Alicia Watson, Jee Park Pae and Katie McNamara in Washington, D.C., for a last hurrah.

Liz Waring McCracken and her family have been settled in Boone, N.C., for about a year now. Chris is busy with his family medical practice, and she is busy raising Isadora (3). They are expecting their second daughter, Athena Lee, in early Sept. Liz writes it was great seeing old friends at Reunion this past May.

Corinne Weiland Zeruto and her husband welcomed a little girl, Cynthia Grace, on 3/5/12.

Alicia McCartney’s boyfriend’s employer transferred them back from Paris in Oct. 2011. They spent their last weekend in Europe visiting Nice, Cannes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Saint-Paul-de-Vence. They are settled in D.C., living in the Adams Morgan neighborhood. Alicia returned to Freddie Mac in June and works as a project management analyst in the Multifamily Division. They aren’t able to travel as much as they did living in Europe (sad!), but did go to Istanbul during Thanksgiving 2011 and are visiting London, Scotland and Geneva for a week after Labor Day. Alicia says she misses Europe very much, but enjoys living in D.C. and hopes to continue traveling as much as possible.

Brook Buck and her husband Trey are selling their townhome and are excited about moving into a house with a backyard for their lab, Beaufort. Brook recently saw Maria Thacker Goethe, Sonya Truman, Kelly Monical Goossens and myself during a girls’ trip to Oak Island, N.C. Ashley Johnson McGee ’03 hosted us all at her family’s beach house. I am still working in my family’s lighting showroom and am currently training for my third marathon in Nov. I hope everyone is doing well and please remember to “like” our class Facebook page.
