Well ladies, it was wonderful to hear from you. I really look forward to class notes time to hear what everyone has been doing! It looks like the class of 2001 has been as busy as ever!

Angela Aiken Cameron finished her first year teaching middle school Spanish while maintaining her social work licensure. Angela’s girls are getting big. The twins are 4 and her youngest is 2. Megan Thomas Rowe gave birth to Thomas Clark Rowe on 2/13/13. Big sisters Madelyn and Sylvie love their brother. Megan had a wonderful time at the 2012 Homecoming with AngelaRodriguez Newman. Last summer, Jennifer Stringfellow Lamanna and husband Paul went on a cruise of the Greek Isles. It was an amazing trip. They especially loved Santorini and mountain biking in Corfu. This past Dec., Jenn and her sister-in-law started their own chapter of Dining for Women, a wonderful organization whose mission is to empower women and girls living in extreme poverty by funding programs that foster good health, education, and economic self-sufficiency and to cultivate educational giving circles that inspire individuals to make a positive difference through the power of collective giving. This May Jenn will celebrate 12 years with her company, Jeremy Squire & Associates, where she’s a production specialist. Over the past year, Jenn has also been working to become a certified professional organizer, and she’s looking forward to starting her own business. Natasha Nickodem Stevens and husband Matt are expecting their first child in June. Natasha is an associate director of development at the Art Institute of Chicago. Christine Rangelis still in NYC. She’s happy to have returned to water polo after a 3-year hiatus due to an injury. Christine recently saw Nicole Redwine in Atlanta. Whitney S. Jordanis pregnant with her 2nd child, due 6/12/13! It’s a boy, and they’re so excited! Jess McClosky moved to Blackpool, which is potentially the tackiest town in all of the UK, hence, the best of all towns in the UK to take up a therapist position with the NHS. She’s training for CBT certification and spending far too much time walking the World’s Biggest Little Dog on the beach. Ashley Moring Voss and her husband Jason welcomed Lucy Cotten Voss into the world on 11/12/12. They’re doing great! And I, Julia Kientz Ambersley, was able to go visit precious Lucy Voss a couple of weeks after she was born. Too cute! I also spent a weekend in VA where Gus (6) and I saw Dawn Martin and her cutie pie Katie. We had a wonderful day at SBC playing in the snow and feeding the horses. I’m also looking forward to a weekend in Philadelphia to visit Emily Keating Haag and my sweet godson Nicholas (1)! I hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful spring, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
