Administration Dates

The following table presents the pertinent dates for the present term’s end-of-semester course evaluation administration.

Administration Dates – Spring 2013

Week of March 18 Faculty will receive an e-mail listing the courses that will be evaluated. At this time, faculty will have an opportunity to request changes to the list of evaluated courses. Faculty who wish to administer their course evaluations during a custom window (e.g., during a class period) will be given the opportunity to make the request at that time as well. Faculty may also begin requesting custom questions.  All custom and/or department/program question set requests must be received by Monday, April 22nd at 5pm.
Week of April 15 Faculty will receive an e-mail listing the courses that will be evaluated as well as the students listed as enrolled in each course. At this time, faculty will have an opportunity to revise the names of students enrolled in the course(s) as well as a final opportunity to catch any courses missing from the evaluation list.  Any changes to the roster must be brought to the attention of the Course Evaluation System Administrator by Monday, April 22nd.
April 22, 5pm Deadline for submitting custom questions and/or custom evaluation windows.
April 29, 6am Online course evaluations “launch.” Students will receive an e-mail invitation to complete their evaluations.
April 30, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
May 1, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
May 1, 10pm Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
May 2, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
May 2, 10pm Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
May 3, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
May 3, 10pm Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
May 6, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
May 6, 10pm Students that have not completed evaluations receive reminder e-mail
May 7, 7am Faculty receive a final e-mail providing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
May 7, 10pm Students that have not completed evaluations receive reminder e-mail.
May 8, 10pm Students that have not completed evaluations receive their penultimate e-mail reminder
May 9, 3pm Students that have not completed evaluations receive their final e-mail reminder
May 9, 11:59pm Evaluation window closes.
May 27 or later Once all final grades have been submitted, faculty will receive an e-mail containing a link to their evaluation results.
