Administration Dates

The following table presents the pertinent dates for the present term’s end-of-semester course evaluation administration.

Administration Dates – Fall 2014

Week of October 13th Faculty will receive an e-mail listing the courses that will be evaluated. At this time, faculty will have an opportunity to request changes to the list of evaluated courses. Faculty who wish to administer their course evaluations during a custom window (e.g., during a class period) will be given the opportunity to make the request at that time as well. Faculty may also begin requesting custom questions.  All custom and/or department/program question set requests must be received by Friday, November 21st at 5pm.
Week of November 10th Faculty will receive an e-mail listing the courses that will be evaluated as well as the students listed as enrolled in each course. At this time, faculty will have an opportunity to revise the names of students enrolled in the course(s) as well as a final opportunity to catch any courses missing from the evaluation list.  Any changes to the roster must be brought to the attention of the Course Evaluation System Administrator by Friday, November 21st at 5pm.
November 21st, 5pm Deadline for submitting custom questions and/or custom evaluation windows.
December 1st, 6am Online course evaluations “launch.” Students will receive an e-mail invitation to complete their evaluations.
December 4th, 8am Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
December 4th, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
December 7th, 8am Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
December 7th, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
December 10th, 8am Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
December 10th, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
December 11th, 8am Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
December 11th, 7am Faculty receive an e-mail listing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
December 12th, 8am Students that have not completed evaluations receive a reminder e-mail
December 12th, 7am Faculty receive a final e-mail providing the number of students that have not completed evaluations in their classes to that point.
December 13th, 8am Students that have not completed evaluations receive their final e-mail reminder
December 13th, 11:59pm Evaluation window closes.
January 12th or later Once all final grades have been submitted, faculty will receive an e-mail containing a link to their evaluation results.
