New student forms to be completed by all students

Please select the form that best applies:

First-year Student
This form should be completed by students who are graduating from high school in 2014 (i.e. those who have not before enrolled as a degree-seeking student at another college or university). Students who took college courses while still in high school should complete this form.

Transfer Student
This form should be completed by students who have previously enrolled as a degree-seeking student at another college or university. Most likely, this means you will have graduated from high school in 2013 or earlier. Students who took college (dual-enrollment) courses while still in high school and never enrolled as a degree-seeking student at that institution should complete the form for “First-year Students.”

International Student
This form should be completed by any student who is not a citizen of the United States of America, regardless of the amount of credit earned prior to enrolling at Sweet Briar.

Non-residential Student
This form should be completed by students who are eligible to live at home with a parent or guardian.

If you have any questions about which form to complete, please contact the admission office
