A Few Thoughts on Sweet Briar: I personally feel that Sweet Briar is the one stop shop for colleges. It is truly amazing, the opportunities both academically and socially that such a small college has to offer, the opportunities really are boundless. What I think defines Sweet Briar the most is the accepting atmosphere that surrounds the campus. No one person is left behind, regardless of who they are; they are drawn into the community of Sweet Briar and connected throughout each student's life. One of my favorite descriptors of Sweet Briar is Harmonious Diversity - It is ok to have different opinions and interests, and come from different cultures and family backgrounds; this is what makes the college special and one of a kind. Sweet Briar might be small, but it looks and thinks big!

Favorite Place on Campus: I love the trails on campus, the campus is magnificent and the trails explore some of the prettiest places.

What I Like to Do in My Spare Time: Unfortunately I love to shop and can always find a reason to go shopping. I also like reading and being crafty (which hardly ever works out how I had planned).

A Few Words of Advice to Prospective Students: My best words of advice are to try and visit your top choices of Colleges/Universities, it is the best way to figure out what the school is really like. Each school looks impressive on paper, but in person they can be a totally different place; plan an overnight, attend a class and talk to current students.
